We come here at least once a year to visit Father Christmas. The Christmas grotto is the nicest I have ever seen and is well-suited to children with sensory needs. The kids feel relaxed and comfortable and you get a much more personal service than any other Father Christmas visit I've seen. The shop itself is full of lovely toys, again catered towards sensory issues, but the kids would happily spend all the money I have on squishy toys, scented pencils and fibre-optic lights.
