Did a good job replacing windscreen. Never got a call to collect and live 20 mins away, so turned up at 16:50 because they close at 17:00. Had to wait outside for 25 mins whilst they finished the car.

Waiting room was freezing, job was ment to take approx 40mins waited almost 2 hours with no one telling me why it was taking so long. Could maybe review their customer information policy

Absolute joke, 4 hours work, told 2 then 3 then 4, had to constantly chase. Won't be using again as cheaper and better about. Scrap that just been told it's still not ready so we're onto 5 hours
