Wow Tom what can I say the van is just perfect, being honest I was sceptical about buying van at first being I was over 4hrs away and only had pictures on screen to look at. You kindly did a video call going round the van which eased my mind. You then arranged to deliver the vehicle to me and again paying for a vehicle in full before seeing it in person was a huge worry but seriously anyone who is in this situation you have nothing to worry about with Tom he really is a genuine honest man and delivers a first class service always updating via calls/texts honestly I can't fault him. The van was spotless. Thank you again Tom all the best for the future.

Saw a lovely car online, low mileage and great condition. Emailed the garage out of hours and Tom was super efficient and got back to me that evening! He was very patient with all my questions and confirmed the car was ours if we wanted it. Luckily we did cause a few other people had enquired by the morning but he has as good as his word. Spoke to Tom on the Saturday about a van on his site, he was away for the weekend but kept me updated on his return time so that I could view as soon as possible. I viewed the Transit Custom on Tuesday morning in a large well lit dry garage while the rain hammered down outside and agreed to buy there and then as it was by far the best example I had viewed and had a better spec than similar vans I had seen. Left a deposit as there had been a lot of interest in the van and Tom had 12months mot sorted and serviced it before collection 2 days later. Friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with and his attention to detail is exceptional. I now have friends looking at his website every day to see what vans he has for sale. Will definitely deal with again.
