Haven't been in this particular place, but had my windscreen replaced with the same company. First they swapped with scratched one, which I identified on departing. Was no issue to order another windscreen which was poorly operated and smashed before my appointment and with 3rd attempt they managed to change it. No issues with the lads, very well communicated everything, only loss of my time, but I'm not too fussy.

Fast, easy and efficient. I turned up placed my keys into a box (covid safe) and away I went. I returned 2 hrs later to my new shiny windscreen. Excellent service.

Dropped car at 2pm today and was told car would be ready at half 4. Confirmed closing time and was told 5pm. I live 30 miles away (closest autoglass to me and had no other option than use Darlington due to going through the insurance company). I had arranged to get picked up and took home instead of waiting around outside for 2 and a half hours. At 3.30pm I recieved a phone call to say car would be ready by 4pm. Sorted lift back and at 4.10pm received another call to say car was ready and was I collecting it. I said yes am a couple of mile away and will be a few minutes. Arrived to shutters down and my car locked. Walked up n down and next thing a bloke appeared from a door way and said 'we close at 4' I said that wasn't what I was told. He told me office/website was wrong. Another bloke appeared (original bloke I dealt with when I dropped car in) and I asked him what time do they close. I have no issue with someone getting a Friday afternoon flyer but no need for the abruptness (think getting to Darlington (30 miles) from home in 45 mins wasn't too bad considering I had to wait for a lift. Oh and by the way lads you left your tools in my car!!
