So while I was back shopping on the ALM web shop site, ordering a new set of blades today for my Genie 400, I decided i would give you guys a genuine review. Fair is Fair. I called your company one day April 2016 and asked about your robot lawn mowers. It was all explained in a relaxed manner by a Simon Taylor whom made everything for us very simple and easy to understand and follow. Simon takes you by the hand and has great patience, so thank you Simon. Simon arranged our home fitting service and everything AutoLawnMow told us worked out 100%. A fantastic product and a great friendly team at AutoLawnMow should you need any support or help. Delighted with your level of professional service and manner. Don't you just love technology? Within 20 mins Simon in HQ AutoLawnMow in Ireland had measured my lawns for me..and suggested I required the Genie 500s model for my yard. I placed the order from the website shop and within 5 days our new Genie 500s robot lawn mower arrived. AutoLawnMow also sent us a simple map to follow which showed us exactly how to fit the robot without any manual reading. Simple fitting map to follow made it so easy for me and my son to install our new Genie 500s. For a small Irish family operated business, this family certainly know how to respect and treat their customers. Now myself and my neighbour have shopped with AutolawnMow in Ireland.
