So refreshing to be able to phone somebody and get good advice. Phoned to ask for advice on a 10 year old door on my garage. Superb knowledge of the product and self repaired in 10 minutes following the advice. Big thank you for your help and time.

fantastic product but dire customer support. damaged door on arrival, fobbed off for 4 weeks still no replacement. no manager to escalate to just sel, sell sell when you ring, yer we will call you back ................... Niel Williams ,,,,,,,,,not happy

Absolutely Dire. Do you want your check-a-trade reputation ruined? Do you want your my builder reputation ruined? Do you want your local reputation ruined? IF THE ANSWER IS YES - Then call Auto-roll, they will do all the above damage and more. IF THE ANSWER IS NO - Then call anyone else. Goods are always late and damaged and they never return calls.

Staff haven't a clue what they are doing and continuously go back on their word. Shutter arrived late and damaged. No response after just broken promises. Please avoid

Firstly I was told we would receive shutters within 10 days of order. Once paid for I was told it would be a lot longer than this! Shutter canopy arrived damaged. No instructions in pack. Wrong instruction video sent. Took my installers over 12 hours to install as no one would answer the phone and when they finally did they sent the same wrong video 2 hours after the call and at 5pm when they said the shop closes. Rude staff and very unprofessional. Taking the case up with ebay.
