I can't thank Laura enough for the beautiful wedding flowers she created for us at our wedding at Haarlem Mill in December 19. The suspended wooden ladders clad in foliage and pampas grass looked AMAZING!!!! Excellent customer service and a total pleasure to deal with :)

Rich and I chose Laura and Avant Garden to provide our flowers and some venue decor for our wedding on July 20th 2018 and all I can say is WOW Laura’s genuine passion for what she does is palatable and infectious; what I loved about her especially was her honesty and frankness about everything. Unfortunately on the run up to our day, some of the flowers she’d suggested were no longer available due to the unusually hot weather but the way Laura handled it gave me even more confidence that I’d rather have no one else for our day. She was professional and gave her honest opinion on alternatives, and gave me plenty of options. Rather than trying to avoid a potentially difficult conversation, she faced into it and resolved it near enough instantly. Thank you. Our flowers on the day were BEAUTIFUL; the bike she provided for the entrance was perfect to set the tone and everyone commented on how stunning the flowers were in contrast to our outfits. She was open to some of our more unusual ideas (such as using Lego men in the button holes for the boys of the wedding.... including the groom ) and her creativity and flair and second to none. Amazing. Laura did my wedding flowers for my September wedding and I had so many compliments on my bouquet, the colours were stunning and exactly what I wanted. I originally had the wedding booked for May so we were working for that date during the first consultation, we had to push back to September and luckily Laura could do my new date, I was so relieved, we had to change some of the flowers as they would not be in season for the new date but Laura recommended some flowers that were just as lovely. When we had our second consultation we went back through the colours and she recommended some more flowers I’d never heard of that would compliment my colour scheme and they worked perfectly. She also supplied the flowers for the top of the cake and the table decorations which were a flower head under an upside down wine glass then a candle on top, Laura worked out how many I would need per table and made sure we had the right balance of the two coloured roses we chose. We had bride and bridesmaid bouquets, button holes and wrist corsages and everyone loved them, I couldn’t bear to see my bouquet die as I loved it so much I’ve dried it out so I can keep it as long as possible. I really can’t recommend them enough.
