Have just used my grass cutter for the first time since AGM serviced it at the end of last year. I am delighted with its performance and the high quality of care it received. Very good personal service but I did have initial problems making contact by phone. Consider using email to make the initial contact if this is still a problem.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered an Ego tool for 678, as it said it was in stock, on their website 'Mower Supermarket'. After not receiving anything about delivery dates I rang to check - it took a while but managed to get through to someone. Told it was out of stock and I would get a refund, assured they would do it that day, but may take up to 3 days. 2 weeks later no refund. They won't answer the phone. I've left messages and emails - no reply. I've just started a new business and this is a lot of money to me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Best price I could get at the time on the mountfield 1538 ride on mower plus would be delivered next week. Brilliant, what a service!!...... Not quite. Delivery promise ended up being 7 weeks late. Covid/lockdown/held at Port etc Don't take my money by making false promises. You either have it in stock or you don't, simple. I only bought it from you as you said, yes we have it in stock and can deliver no problem within the week. 3 months later and machines broken down and few issues. No response to emails and phone just isn't answered. Not acceptable! Mountfield suggested using another authorised repairer so found nearest one. Within 4 hours of contacting the mower doctor, Bristol, my mower has been collected and taken away for warranty repair! Personally would recommend going there if you are Bristol based and avoid the hassle of a company who don't understand the basics of customer care.

I bought a mountfield lawnmower form Avon on 31st July 2020, during lockdown. They were great value, friendly and responded to my emails appropriately. i would definitely use them again. Other reviews have said "I couldn't find the place" - hardly Avon's fault. Also that "phone is always busy", well. that's because they are good, I got through on the phone but it was often busy, that's what happens if you have a lot of custom. I was very happy with the service I recieved.

No stars ... this company ripped us off for nearly 300 euros. We live in France and ordered a lawnmower online. We never received the mower nor a reimbursement ... they took our money via a credit card and then stopped responding to our emails. We contacted the local police and the UK's Fraud Police ... neither was willing to do anything to help us recover our loss. Stay away!

Sending a different item to that which was ordered and paid for.. Can be an acceptable mistake. But when they don't return your emails or phone messages. This is very frustrating and definitely not acceptable.

SCAM ALERT: Don't buy from Avon Garden Machinery / Mower Supermarket Don't buy from this company, it's a scam. Took my money instantly from my credit card, sent me an email notification that the product has been shipped with a tracking number for parcel force. When I eventually contacted parcel force to find out why the status hasn't changed from "advised", they told me they haven't received the product for delivery and I need to speak to the merchant (or rather, scammer). I have tried to call Avon Garden Machinery / Mower Supermarket twice a day since and left a message once a day. The phone hasn't been answered and they haven't called me back. I sent an email daily asking for an update as to when to expect delivery and haven't received a reply. Because they refuse to speak to you, you will be left having to go through a chargeback process with your bank/credit card to get your money back. Companies like this are the modern day highwaymen. How they are allowed to continue operating is remarkable. People are in prison for less...
