Faye is brilliant. Really motivational and takes care to adjust any routines specifically to me and my needs. I'm loving the PT sessions, even though we're now having to do them remotely at the moment, they're still great fun and it's making such a difference!

Highly recommended!!! Training with Faye is hard work but fun and motivational plus you'll see results fast. No two sessions are the same so it never gets boring like the gym can. Faye has a great personality and every session you'll have a good laugh as well as a great workout!

I decided to kick start my training with a 6-week intensive program with Faye. I found her to be very supportive and positive and really looked forward to our PT sessions. Faye was encouraging and always managed to push me just to the right level. I shifted a substantial amount of weight in the initial 6 weeks, Brough my high blood pressure under control and managed to lose plenty of inches. I will now drop to weekly sessions moving forward as I have found the training varied and supportive of my fitness goals. I’d highly recommend Faye.

Faye is simply great!! She listened to what I had to say, exercises I didn’t particularly like and what I wanted to get out of the sessions. She then tailor made a programme for me, keeping me motivated along the way. Her meal plans helped me get the right nutrients to be able to keep my energy levels high and she was able to push me hard in the sessions as a result. Highly professional, she explained targeting specific muscle groups and necessary recovery requirements. Does some great value packages and cannot recommend her highly enough.
