Thank you, the lady we saw was very polite and ready to help us. We bough 10kg of cotsworld - a few kg of sprats and Turkey hearts and some other raw food. The shop is very clean and organized, covid compliant too. Very happy with everything, if we are in the area again we will stop by, but we are over an hour's drive away. I wish this was our local pet shop! Thank you so much.

Enrichment weekend was superb. Lots of great talks (for free) with easy to follow suggestions to enrich the lives of your dogs. Huge selection of high quality toys, food, high value treats and all are ethically sourced. Best pet shop in Aylesbury, if not the country!!!

This lady was very helpful She even wrote out a feeding guide for me she even got the food out off the freezer and put it in to a bag for me she has given me fantastic advice for my dogs I am a very happy customer and will be back I would recommend her all day long

Very helpful the first time we went in, they put our pup on a raw diet and went away very happy. Second time we went in, they seem to have forgotten everything they had told us the first time and felt very rushed and pre occupied. Made a 45 minute journey just to buy some food we could have ordered online.
