Absolutely awful aftercare SEAT support provided by the service team. Extremely disorganised and I totally would not recommend them. I appreciate there are huge strains on the workforce in these difficult times but these guys just don't seem to be able to get on top of their game. It feels like top management are squeezing everyone to work harder with little investment in the customer experience. Sadly, mostly everyone seems really grumpy.

George in SEAT at Perrys was great from start to finish. Understood exactly what i required and found a great deal for me. Was so impressed i changed a second car at the same time. First time buying from Perrys and was very impressed, would certainly buy again!

I was sold a car that didn’t have an MOT, I had to find out for myself if my car had one or not, I brought the car in November 2018 and the mot was due in September 2018, very lucky I wasn’t pulled over for it. They did the MOT for me straight away which was lovely and free of charge, but to say sorry they just gave me 10 fuel which wasn’t enough in my eyes. If anyone wants to buy a car from here in the future I would check that everything on the vehicle is up to date and legal.

Collected my Mum’s brand new SEAT Leon today & she is in love! A huge thank you to Jordan & Julian for making the process so easy, they were both very informative, patient and friendly through the whole process. They made us feel incredibly comfortable when we visited the showroom, and for my Mum’s first PCP finance, they both took the time to explain how it all works. I cannot recommend them both enough.
