My daughter went along in the morning to have her car serviced. At midday she was contacted about an oil change, so I assume the car was being worked on then. At 5pm she rang to ask when the car would be ready and was told someone would ring. No one did. I drove her there just after 6pm only to find the place locked up for the night - despite an advertised closing time of 7pm. I drove her there again the next morning, when she wasn't even offered an apology. Meanwhile, a month after the stock response below, we have still heard nothing.
