Quite shocked at some of the poor reviews on here! Having recently traveled up to Arden BMW from Bournemouth due to the poor service I have received from my local dealers and refusing to spend money with them, I can honestly say Charles and Ross at Arden could not have done any more for me in the purchase of my new M4. Despite some massive challenges that were out of their hands (due to the BMW car registration system at the time) they handled my disgruntlement amazingly well and even provide me with an M8 for 2 weeks whilst I awaited delivery of my M4 to my house under cover (in a trailer). They also took it upon themselves to complain to BMW on my behalf to arrange compensation for my time, train ticket, inconvenience and hiccup with the system. To summarise, great service when I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with at times and a good deal! 5 stars!!
Bodyshop staff mark excellent service my car looking great and very strong after it was hit at 50MPH rear end. The repair job is just unbelievable simply the best. Words can't describe how excellent my car looks after it was fixed at there bodyshop. Well done team Arden BMW. Mr Talwar.
I am writing to record my satisfaction dealing with Mr Steve Booth. In case you don't know him, Steve is a Service Advisor with Arden BMW Tunbridge Wells. I have owned BMWs for over 40 years, which is a fair time. One of the reasons you stick with a brand is knowing you can get superb back up when you need it. Steve has given this every time I have needed Service. He has gone the extra mile for me on many occasions, even coming out from his home to help out on his days off (!!). I have recommended that friends and colleagues use this dealership because I know they will get excellent treatment every time - the full BMW treatment. He is technically knowledgable, personable, efficient and extremely helpful. So good to be greeted by that smiling face, keep it up Steve! David GT Thomas FRAeS
Amazing showroom, more a less every car within the range on display. Staff is very helpful would definitely recommend if you're after a BMW.
