Submitted my car for a full service and MOT yesterday and, as usual, was very pleased with the attention given. Bob and Richard, in the service department, are excellent chaps, and are always ready to listen to your requirements. I have been using Beadles, Maidstone, for over 10 years now and always receive good service from them, both in sales and servicing; I wouldn't use anybody else. As for the product; Toyota are fabulous cars, and my current Prius (Gen 3) is amazing.

A little disappointed by the lack of covid measures in place. Having been reassured at the time of booking that every safety measure was in place, I found that they just appear to be paying lip service to it. There is a sign on entry that says ‘Stop, do not enter until u have had your temperature taken’. However, if you do ‘stop’ u are just ignored by the staff inside (many of whom were wearing no masks or visor’s). When I dropped my car off there was a queue of 4 of us outside, before a maskless salesperson told us if we wanted the service department we could go straight through. The service was fine 178 even though as I had only done 3500 miles, most of the things didn’t need doing. Every time I speak to Beadles they are trying to sell me a service plan and I am getting a bit fed up of keep politely declining! Pick up was okay, again I ‘stopped’ on entry as instructed by the sign, but after 15 mins of being ignored I went through to the service area. I was ensured that the car would be sanitised before I collected it, but there was zero evidence that it had been, and bearing in mind most staff weren’t wearing face coverings, I find it very unlikely that it was. It is what it is, I needed to have the car serviced for my finance plan, but I won’t be rushing to go back to them any tine soon. At least not until I am sure they are sticking to their own rules and risk assessments.

Always helpful. Don't have much to do with sales but service department people are always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I have kept to Toyota as a brand because of the people in this dealership.
