If youre looking for ways to not get a vehicle which you have previously booked online, look no further, welcome to Enterprise Prestwick! The desk clerk will promise to call you in case there are no-shows an hour or two later, yet the phone remains silent. A truly disappointing and ginormous waste of time.

I would first like to thank STUART and CLOE at the Ayr branch ( Enterprise car hire.) for going above and beyond for me.I would also like to thank CRAIG LAWS ( AREA MANAGER ) for his assistance and understanding. These people could not have done any better for me and my family when we needed a family getaway ,that required me to rent a minibus .THESE THREE INDIVIDUALS ARE AN ASSET TO ENTERPRISE CAR HIRE,AS THEY ALL APPRECIATE their jobs at ENTERPRISE CAR HIRE. May seem cheaper but then you have to add on a 30 damage waiver for a van, waste of time. Also dont do contact less during a pandemic

Booked over the phone with the call centre then phoned the local office to see if I could get the van a bit earlier, they advised no but confirmed it was fine to pick up at the original time I booked for. I then got phoned at 7.30am the day I was to pick up the van to be told there was an error and they had no vans available, the girl blamed the online booking system then when I told her I didn’t do it online I done it by phone she blamed the call centre then when I said no I spoke to the local office aswell and they said it was fine she just said well we have no vans. Didn’t offer any alternative or to check with any other local offices, nothing. Left me completely stuck on the morning of the day I was moving house!
