Many times in my search for finding a house have I come across estate agents who do not show any interest in providing a service. Not so the Ayr branch of Galbraith’s! In particular my experience with Jake Shaw-Tan will go a long way in restoring my faith in the estate-agency avocation: a genuine ‘can-do’ attitude, impressive knowledge of his craft, respectful yet amiable communication and efficiency are skills that stand out in this often maligned (for good reason) trade. I am convinced that someone looking to buy a mansion would be treated the same as those of us with modest means! A rare gem!

I'm a real asset investor interested in investing in Scotland. Galbraith's in Ayr were so dismissive and frankly a bit rude to me when I turned up, admittedly without an appointment, we had to go elsewhere for advice.
