The relationship with Innovec actually started with us doing work for them. When it came to upgrading our own IT set-up and migrating our Microsoft 365 I tagged in the guys at Innovec and they have been brilliant with whatever we have needed. They are flexible but attentive, friendly but professional and to be honest they just keep things working and let us get on with what we need to without any hassle.

DO NOT GO NEAR INNOVEC Word to the wise. Do not go near this company. I gave them one star in the review and quite frankly that's being generous. I run a relatively small business which is located on a number of different sites around the south west of Scotland. When we changed our paper based system to a digital system we paid what was a large sum of money for Innovec to provide us with IT support. As you would expect there were some teething problems with the new system which was installed by Innovec engineers. The system they implemented did not work properly as we couldn't see files on different sites. Even though they promised that everyone from all our locations would be able to access all files from all locations. When we contacted them for support they accuses us of breaking the system. We regularly called them afterwards seeking support and they were no help to us. In the end we had to pay another hefty sum to terminate our contract with them. After what was a deeply unpleasant and financially damaging experience for our company I feel compelled to write warning anyone considering using this company to rethink. Thanks for reading.
