Excellent Service. They picked my car up and dropped back off at my work. Car had been polished and cleaned inside and out. They also left me a touch up pen for the paintwork. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Absolutely delighted with this garage. Would definitely recommend using them if you want to purchase a car and know you will get after sales service. Excellent first visit to this garage, so far just based on drop-off of car for a service. Clear hygiene instructions posted on entry doors. Hand sanitizer and disposable gloves provided. One way pedestrian system in operation for customers. Enter by one door and leave by another. Floor is clearly marked to ensure safe distancing. Any contact points or areas in the car will be sanitised before car is returned. Helpful, courteous and efficient receptionists.

cant give zero stars unfortunately. It took three visits to 'diagnose' front anti roll bar bushes worn under warrantry. They also failed to accurately diagnose warped rear discs, i was actually advised front discs warped. nice waste of time,money and effort thanks to incompetence and/or lack of integrity. p.s. only reason im posting here is i have spent approx 20 mins attempting to find a complaints email. last contact was on 27th august. You must have found serious problems during your investigation?, if its taking you this long to reply.
