The food is to die for and many different dishes too. You can have a lobster or mussels or a perfectly cooked steak or brilliant pasta or curry. Light lunch menu also available. The desserts are really great. Drinks menu covers a wide range, most cocktails are 8. Really good choice of craft beers. The service is professional and nice. It's quite loud inside, we had to shout around table of 6.

I’m used to having a ton of options for this kind of place down in London and the GROWLER TH&K really delivered. Great selection of craft beers, fantastic and perfectly suited decor, food is amazing and generous... and the staff are friendly and accommodating and always seem to go the extra mile! I don’t often go somewhere and find my self able to give it five stars as there are usually things that can be improved, but short of doing what they’re doing for free, this place has earned them, and some! Side note: hate to say it... but having read the reviews... the people that have left low starred reviews, might not really know what they’re talking about I mean if you are comparing this place to a spoons or consider 4/pint too much, stick to Wetherspoons, or maybe just your own living room!

Great food, great beer... what’s not to like!? I had the magnificent beef burger and my wife had the 1/2 lobster for lunch, friendly helpful staff and well followed covid regs.

What a great experience. Haven't been to such a well stocked bar in ages and I was lucky to find this after speaking to the owner in the sister pub/hotel at the Ayrshire and Galloway. I loved the 3 selection Growler Tray they offered from their fine selection of Ales and craft lagers. The staff were very welcoming knowledgeable aboot the Ales and very friendly. The Fries are excellent too.
