Family was near Ayr for a short break and ventured into the town in search of sustenance. Had a wander around the town, then settled on Willie Wastles for dinner. So very glad we did! Food was excellent - staff were very polite and pleasant - and was very impressed by their Covid preparations. Everything was by the book and made us feel very safe. We were so impressed we came back the next night too ;) Also have recommended to a few friends since returning home. We look forward to a return visit when restrictions settle down a bit again. 5* barely seems sufficient :)

Food was good as was the service. However for a Friday night, we were the only ones there and staff were keen for us to go by 10 30/11 pm.

It was a lovely lunch. Place is very well set out . Really enjoyed. Hadnt been in there for a long while due to ill healthbut thoroughly enjoyed it today. Staff friendly .b back soon

Went for my mother-in-law's birthday dinner. Portions were big, service was very good. Might be back for the 80's night!
