After a really difficult start to breastfeeding post C section and after several episodes of mastitis, I was on the verge of quitting so I contacted Lizzie out of desperation. I can honestly say it was the best decision I have made in my breastfeeding journey. She was kind, reassuring, encouraging and non-judgemental. Through analysing positioning and latch she suggested some tiny tweaks which made an immediate difference and only 3 weeks later we are now exclusively breastfeeding - a point I never ever thought I'd get to in those early weeks.
