They have recently moved to a more central location in the Marlows. I personally preferred their older shop closer to the entrance, which had a classier look and better lighting, their quality of products is great and helpful friendly staff.

Good prices. Always something on offer. Lots of popular brands to choose from . Purses up to large luggage. Friendly staff.

Hand luggage bought three months ago, used twice, has manufacturing fault, stitching came apart.Shop assistant not enpowered to return money whilst replacement not available as it was end of line not mentioned during purchase. Spoke to manager on the phone, explained i would like a refund and not a different luggage however refused with lame excuse that it has to be first approved by head office. When repeated my request and said that they have to honor my consumer rights i was told i was rude and must wait until this is run by head office.
