Having previously purchased organiser bags from this store for everyday use, which have lasted about 12 months, I last purchased one about a month ago. As I have never previously had a problem with any bag I have purchased I did not keep the receipt. The handle on this bag however has completely disintegrated and the leather around the one handle has split. I went back to the shop today and was appalled at the attitude of the shopkeeper there. She told me she would do nothing without the receipt and it wasn't her fault I didn't keep it. This was only a 2" piece of till roll in any case. Having been in retail myself, and my daughter owning her own retail outlet I am sure there are ways this could have been rectified amicably had the shop owner wished to do so. My advice is if you DO decide to purchase a bag from this store be sure to keep the scrappy bit of paper she gives you as a receipt and hope you have more luck than I did..
