I had my gender scan at the weekend, my husband and I had a amazing service from beginning to end! The ladies at the reception we're so welcoming on arrival and the scan was so special! Highly recommend Window to the Womb in Bagshot.

Very professional and all staff kept the gender a complete secret at our request. We came for our scan Christmas Eve morning and popped the gender reveal balloon Christmas Day morning. Balloon was still going strong 24hours later. We were very excited to find out we are having a boy, we already have a girl x

My rating is based on the photos and sonogorapher really.. The new practice was easy to find, clean and the staff were really friendly, however my scan felt quick and we stated a number of times we did not know the sex nor did we want to find out but it was nearly shown on a couple of occasions and then we were told its really obvious so don't look (which kind of makes you think one way). The package included 2 physical photos and access to the rest. We were told that due to COVID the pictures will be what they are essentially. However I did not expect to not get a clear picture of the baby at all, yet have 6 pictures that are not clear and show zoomed in of brain and possibly a leg (but you can't make them out). I appreciate the focus of the scan was to check the babies health but how COVID is an excuse to not take a photo of the actual baby when you are already taking pictures that we have paid does not make sense.
