Really fantastic customer service, which seems to be rarity today. The lady on the phone when booking is so helpful and polite. The man who comes and sets up for you, explains everything really clearly, is very helpful and happy to answer any questions, very professional and accommodating. They welcome you to contact them if you have questions. The tub itself was immaculately clean, looked like it had never been used. We booked for a recent celebration. Very difficult to find something in the current climate, but this company pulled out all the stops. They were clearly aware of current distancing and hygiene standards, which they abided by at,all times. They are very quick to install and dusmantle with very little disruption. An affordable, fun, relaxing and special thing to do for a,weekend. It's been great and I couldnt recommend this company highly enough. They really made it perfect. Thank you soooooo much.

In what is difficult times for everyone, and having contacted numerous companies to enquire to purchase a hot tub, Claire was the only person who got back to me to offer advice and explain the current market conditions.
