Absolutely delighted with this shop and its amazing owner Sue. She lives up to her name... the bra doctor! After struggling for years after a mastectomy to get a proper fitting and a pretty bra I inadvertently visited the shop with my daughter a few years ago. Sue, seeing my despair, sorted me out and gave me my confidence back. I left the shop with a numbet of stunning bras. All fit perfectly and at last this is no longer a problem for me. As I live a long way from the shop she also posts goods after a phone consultation. Fantastic service. Hope this is useful to any other ladies in a similar situation. Thank you Sue your kindness and empathy is much appreciated!

Would never ever go into this shop again the owner needs to learn how to speak to her customers and needs to remember with out us she wouldn't have a shop with expensive lingerie in it. 1 pair of knickers was 20.00 yes 20.00 and a sale bra 48.50 come on I know it's a bit steep if you ask me and I'm not scared to buy nice undies but I definitely begrudge paying that. I was also told off for standing on her flowers which I would never do I was having my photo taken and was rudely shouted at. But gave as good as I got. So no I will not be returning as she wasn't t the only old hag I had the unpleasant dealing with. Bakewell can stick there tarts where the sun doesn't shine!!¡!

I love this shop! I returned again yesterday to purchase another bra which was expertly fitted. I love the fact that you are fitted honestly and you know that if the bra doesn’t suit your shape, the lady simply tells you and strives to find the right fit. I am sad to read the insulting comments and reviews - please don’t be put off by them. If you want a premium product and to be fitted by an expert - look no further. I now wouldn’t shop for my bras anywhere else.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! The owner of this shop is an awful woman and so rude to her customers, i actually walked out on hearing how she spoke to one lady, she obviously has an attitude problem. i have no idea how she remains in business treating customers the way she did. i completely agree with all the other bad reviews and would never recommend this shop to anyone! do not waste your time, she is very expensive and does not deserve to have custom!

Lovely staff, apart from the owner who is probably one of the most rudest ladies I’ve ever met. If you work in customer services, you try and please the customer. She was really quite rude about my shape in a swimming costume and made me feel insignificant . Ladies-if you want people to write good reviews about your shop, try and work more on your personal skills. Will not be returning due to the way you made me feel.
