Nearly 2 years and I have had wigs, my longest ponytail ever, my birthday hair via nanos and now rocking my natural hair that has had keratin treatment. To have a hairdresser who is versatile to be able to do this variety of hair options and still have my hair grow. My hair was just under my ears and now it’s nearly at the middle of my back and has also retained its thickness. I’ve never experienced hair growth like it but that’s because for the first time ever I’ve got a hairdresser who imparts her knowledge to the benefit of my hair. Whatever I want to do she figures out what I can do that gives me what I want and maintains my natural hair. Also the best eyelashes ever. I wore them for my birthday and everyone was blown away. It is such a joy to find a hairdresser that works with Afro hair at this level.

No! No! No! For hair extensions. Firstly because of lack of professionalism, I booked for choosing my extension and suddenly I was given an eyebrow dye test on my arm. Also, I have not been helped when choosing my extension color. Furthermore, I was received with a 'do you know anything about extensions?' up looking attitude. I had made two orders, at the same price but there were not the same hair quantity. Such a disappointment because I was not informed the second batch, at the same price, will have less. I felt even more indignant! And the hairstyle and dying is not included, so I needed to pay another 100 for a haircut (because yeah having your extensions cut is way more expensive than having your own hair cut). Relating to the extensions, few of them felt on the first week, the hair color is terrible, it goes very quick and the dye lives marks in the shower, and they smell awful when drying. Well, this was my first time experiencing the extensions so I guess it explains why I was willing to go through all of this. In conclusion, DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS!!!
DD’s comments below are untrue look at the whats app messages. This lady did not have problems with the hair she had problems with paying! I’m so disappointed that you would do this to my business after we let you pay off the money to us when you could afford too. I have fully learnt my lesson thank you for teaching me. If you want to see real reviews look below or on Treatwell. DD I have videos of you saying how happy you were if you were unhappy you didn’t tell us at any point.
Loved it here! Had my hair relaxed for the first time, she explained everything that she was doing and gave lots of advice and tips on maintaining my hair and keeping it healthy. All the stylists are lovely and you can tell they want to provide the best service to their customers. 100% would come back :) Edit: everytime I went back the price went up. They burnt my scalp and still charged me full price so I never went back.
