I believe it is good customer service that makes a company. Despite a minor problem over a weekend delaying my non-urgent renovation the staff were very understanding and customer focussed. This minor hiccup will not deter me using and recommending Balloo Hire in the future.

Can be a tad more in price for hire, but machines are always spotless, had used a competitor. We will use Baloo from now on.
