The sandy beach is really big at low tide. At high tide, it is reduced to a sandy part around the parking. I regret that there are no coffee shops (that allows doggies) on the side of the national trust path. It would provide a nice stop for walkers coming from Bangor centre before returning home.
Great place for a family. Strongly worth visiting. Only problem is the toilets are closed now due to covid19
Lots of rubbish and seaweee all over the place. Not a nice environment needs a good clean.
Gorgeous beach. Great for dog walking.
