I had such a positive experience when buying my Pfaff from Norrie. He knew my budget, actually convinced me to buy lower than my budget because he had a machine that more than fitted my needs. Also gifted my niece a walking foot that he had spare. An honest and friendly gentleman whose business I most definitely will be supporting in the future.

Have always used this shop for all new sewing machines, servicing of machines and accessories. The shop has a great supply of materials and the Ballymena chat is free.
Today I had the great experience of meeting Norrie for the first time. He’s such a gentleman and his knowledge is spot on. I bought a mid range sewing machine and I am absolutely delighted with it. I set it up straight away and 5 minutes later I was free motion quilting. Top notch service can’t thank Norrie enough.
Phoned Norrie on the off chance today and even though he was closed he gave me advice and helped get it working again. Its a very old machine and will need replaced, will definitely be going to Norrie when I do
A wealth of knowledge here from Norrie. I bought my sewing machine and an overlocker within my budget - and they do all and more than was on my needs list. Got my old machine serviced and it’s working like a dream again. Excellent customer service and support. I had a problem ( A user failure lol ) and Norrie talked me through it over the phone.
