Booked an appointment months ago for today for my daughters friends formal for hair,nails and makeup and paid a deposit to arrive on time to be told there is no booking and cant accommodate. Tried everywhere around the town and everywhere fully booked. Total disgrace as this is the 2nd time this has happened. DON'T RECOMMEND. Now the poor girl is gutted as her 1st formal hasn't turned out the way she had hoped. Only giving 1 star as it was the only way i can comment or it would be 0 stars. TOTAL LET DOWN.

Felt so welcome by the nice girl on reception. Showed me where to go and offer me and my freind a drink while waiting. Hope I got it right but the two owners were friendly professional and answered any queries that I had. Will be recommending them to people without a doubt.
The staff were fantastic, polite and helpful. Got acrylic nail extensions and the beautician was so great working with my tiny nail and they turned out perfect. Will definitely be back
Richard made me feel extremely comfortable was very understanding and supportive making my experience very personal centred. Will be recommending Richard to all my friends who have confidence issues when they lose their own hair
A fantastic job. I got appointment in short notice. Lovely girl, great job. Will be getting my eyebrows done there for now on
