Engaged Macspec for (very) expensive wooden open tread staircase in modern new build. Disappointed with scruffy installation - but at least they attempted to remedy this. Very disappointed with the finish (scratched & chipped within a short space of time) - Macspec blamed \abuse\ despite this not being our main staircase and being sparingly used. They failed to visit to see the issue up close and failed to return phone calls or engage when notified of the issue. No response whatsoever from main director. Never again.
