I had to cancel due to COVID restriction and they're telling me I have to wait 6 months to get my 3K back, as they're a family run business. Poor customer service, don't even seem bothered in giving me and my family out money back. They're lucky to even get 1 star!

Great cottages... with plenty of outdoor space to roam around and play.. nice opportunity for walks and the games room is well equipped for both indoor and outdoor games. Only issue is the close proximity of the various cottages, almost like having neighbours. Also slight issue with WiFi teaching all area of the cottage, but not a major issue :)
We went to the vineyard Manor estate for our parents 60th, although the games room was closed due to COVID, we didn’t run out of things to do! The grounds are just beautiful, so relaxing, the hot tub was an added addition. A holiday we thoroughly enjoyed and the memories will last forever! We will definitely be back!
2K Too expensive for 3 nights! Farm Smells everywhere, flys, spiders, moths. No washing machine for washing your own clothes, hot tub is not working fully. Too congested, over furnished, no double bed all single beds. House called manor burn has only 4 room and hallway total beds is 15. Not good for family, i think it's okay for school trips, stag, hen nights. No amenities near by. Don't recommend to couples and family at all.
Amazing place and facilities! We had a stripped back COVID safe family gathering instead of our original plan but we still had a great time using the vast incredible surroundings with outdoor activities. The Cotswold Manor team supported and provided everything we needed for our stay where we were easily able to follow the new COVID rules. The house was spotlessly clean with virtually all bedrooms in this incredible house having en-suites. There is enough crockery and utensils to stay for days without washing up or using the dishwasher! Obviously we didn't put it to the test :-) Thank you!
