My father-in-law has been a resident here for almost two years, and I have the utmost respect for the team of people caring for him. The management, the nurses and the carers all contribute to making his stay as comfortable as possible. I have been particularly impressed by the way that individual needs are catered for, and the level of personal engagement by the staff. As regular visitors, my wife and I are always made to feel very welcome, and any small issues that we have raised have been dealt with promptly. The needs of the residents are always a priority, and I would not hesitate in recommending Banbury Heights.

Extremely terrible place for residents to reside. Wonder how they hold NHS contracted beds. It's a big disgrace by NHS not bothering to check or regularly inspect the poor care and facilities of this horrible place. We strongly do hope the regulating authorities do something on it. Always short staffed. No managers or responsible people over the weekend. Place needs lot improvement and is way far from it. Nursing staff hasn't got clue what they saying and doing. Staff morale seriously down end. Remedial repair work required for the entire fabric of the building considering safety. Poor food, lacks choice. Am glad my grand dad is out from that disgusting place though had to face hard time on his very recent stay at Banbury heights. One of the top management lady forced my mum to fill in a care home review card and said it should be a good one. The place lacks cleaning standards and is filthy. Strongly recommend do not send anyone to this place on worst last choice. And to those who have family members there get them out soon to avoid regret.
I visit Banbury Heights Nursing Home regularly and have found the staff very friendly, cheerful with residents and relatives. I have found the management team approachable as they are actually based ay the nursing home, they have answered my questions promptly. I have noted that there activities being arranged through the day for residents to engage with, there is a visit from a local pre-school nursery that children and residents meet up and entertain each other. The building is maintained, and kept very clean, on one of my visits one of the lounges was closed and the flooring was being replaced. I am happy to recommend this home who need a nursing home care for relatives.
Please don't put your loved one in this home. My mum was sent here for just 6 weeks physiotherapy after she had had a fall. 6 weeks turned into 6 months. In that time I'm I was having to wash my mum's face and clean her teeth they would not come to toilet her I was buying nappies for her because she was wet and her bed was wet all the time she lost over 3 stone in weight and she called it a prison cell. I tried to move her in the first few days but she wouldn't move to a different home because she was scared it was going to be worse and Banbury heights and we only thought it was for 6 weeks today after 6 months I moved my mum to a better care home she was only there two weeks and yesterday I buried her. Please please don't send love one here.
