Only ever had experience with them whilst working in Banbury’s Fine & Country branch; while I liaised with all offices, by default of where our properties were, I spent majority of my time working with the Banbury branch, hence my review. Staff of all levels I spoke to, from solicitors/ conveyancers and their executive assistants who supported them, were consistently great to work with; they’re pragmatic, professional as well as tenacious when it comes to hitting exchange and completion as swiftly and smoothly as possible. I never had any trouble getting in touch with whoever I needed to speak to, and I never had to chase for updates to relay on to my clients. As a professional within the industry, these are the solicitors I actively encouraged my clients to instruct for the sale and/or purchase of their properties, and for good reason. They’re the best at what they do and fees are in line with what you’d expect to pay for this uncompromising level of professionalism.

We have totalled just under 400.00 and originally we did not receive any advice from yourselves and therefore, the incorrect company was pursued. Resulting in a claim being put forward to a company which, hasn’t even been trading. Due to the lack of advice on your end at the beginning of the process the claim was absolutely useless to us. In the end the advice you gave us was to “give up” and you weren’t able to help. If you were to take a look at our case properly in the first place and give us this advice we would have never gone for the claim with the company, let alone the incorrect company. 400 lead us to absolutely no difference at all and the advice to “give up”.
