Bang and Olufsen are known to create long lasting products with cutting edge design - usually 2-3 times more expensive than average consumer electronic products. However they outperform in terms of design, service, product and sound quality.

Rob in the Winchmore Hill shop has been really helpful and Nicky the engineer got everything set up for me. I have the A6 a M5 and 2 essence systems. I can stream music straight from my spotify app and control different rooms independently. Sound quality is excellent.
A big thank you to Mick, andy and Nicky for all there help, it took a while but after there advise we got it right in the end the picture is perfect and sound quality unbelievable all fitted without any stress thanks again
i bought a pair of headphones beoplay H7 from this shop i used them all the time i noticed the bit thats glued an sewed in started to come undone. i went back to the shop to complain they redirected me to an online service who then said the damage was induced so theres nothing they can do about it. well im shocked now because i never expected this from a well established brand. So i then called up the shop to see if i could have them repaired and pay for them to be fixed they said they dont provide this service. My advice is becareful what you buy because if the products can easily be damaged and the warranty doesnt cover you plus they dont have a repair department then its a total daunting prospect to go into im sure any other brand would have had a repairs department. Imagine you paid for a tv or speakers only to find out the warranty doesnt cover you and that they could not repair it . Very good at selling you products the customer care services are very poor
Just had my new BeoVision 11 installed. Great service, excellent selection of products and please pass my thanks on to Nicky for a superbly neat install and to Andy (the IT guru) :-). Would highly recommend you pay the guys in Winchmore Hill a visit.
