After looking for quite some time...I finally found the Mystic 5mm gloves in XL size at Kite Surf. I live in Canada and Kite Surf Warehouse is in Europe. I contacted Nigel...he was quite prompt, courteous and attended to all my questions regarding shipping, tracking and made it easy to order. Product arrived in perfect condition. A true class act! I couldn't recommend kitsurf warehouse enough! I started a new sport of sea swimming recently and decided I need a good quality protection for my feet and hands and poncho to keep me warm. After reading an excellent reviews I decided to purchase Mystic products from Kitesurf Warehouse. I couldn't be happier! Not only boots keep my feet warm with sufficient grip and sole thick enough to provide protection from sharp rocks and jaggy beasties in the water they also are very comfortable to wear. I would highly recommend gloves as they are top value for money. Very well made, sturdy and easy to put on. Absolutely brilliant Mystic Poncho! Provides warmth and comfort after leaving the sea. Waterproof and wind proof. Roomy enough to change in. Big pocket at the front. It was a great investment and customer service at Kitesurf warehouse was excellent. Definitely will be back for more excellent products in the future!
These guys are great to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. Typically my order is delivered from Northern Ireland to England in two days. You can’t beat that. Plus these guys aren’t some big company like king of water sprouts. These guys are a small company, that remembers its clients from previous visits. Love to buy gear from kitesurf warehouse. I've purchased several items from Kitesurf Warehouse, including a wetsuit, thermal underlayers and hoodies. Everything was a breeze, customer service was excellent and items arrived in the South of Ireland in no time at all. Super happy to be supporting a small business.
Really good shop. I had problem to find Mystic Stealth harness. I found it in this shop on a very good price. Unfortunately it went out that they're out of stock. Despite that, I gave 5 stars because of great contact and support from their side. Nigel is very responsive and honest. I had to wait a while for next supply from Mystic, but after that everything went really smooth and fast. I'll definitely check their shop on next purchase.

Brought a few things now from these guys. Always great service. The communication you get from them on a order and any question you have is great, i even got a reply on a sunday, which is above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone and is now the first place i go to look for kiting gear.
