very unhappy, Darren bannock one of the owners was very rude and disrespectful. How he spoke to our family was terrible. This was a difficult time as it was losing my husband. All he was interested was when he was getting paid. I would urge everyone in Solihull/Shirley to avoid. Worst service our family have ever experienced.
