Dave Squires leads the Barbecue Chefs team and he is the consummate professional - and you can top that with him being a super nice guy to boot! Nothing is too much trouble for him, and his team wholly reflect the standards he sets himself for his client. We have had the pleasure of him catering for us on a number of occasions with hog roasts accompanied with all the trimmings, salads, sweets etc, and his sheer enthusiasm to make our days resounding successes is the foundation stone upon which the business sits. I would never use anyone else unless through sheer bad luck he has already been booked on the day we need him!

Not only are they professional but I love that Dave supports local by buying all his meat and veg through local suppliers. Such a pleasure to deal with too.
