We had Bret recommended to us by a friend and we had asked him to come out and check our boiler and central heating system after the severe cold weather. The date was arranged but then about three feet of snow fell overnight so we thought there would be no way he'd be able to get his van to us. Which he couldn't, he had walked to our address with all his kit, performed a full diagnostic system check, Carbon monoxide check, pressure test, the works. British Gas could learn a trick or two from this guy. Not only did he test all our system but showed us exactly what he was doing and why and gave us tips on how to keep the boiler in good condition. Thanks Bret!

Bret saved the day again! He came out in the evening to put a radiator back on correctly as it was leaking. I should have called him first, instead of trying to save money by getting someone who is not a plumber to do it.Bret is a professional, very friendly, trustworthy and reliable. He also did a flue test after I had mentioned my concerns about my fire as I had not had it on for about three years. I will be calling him again shortly to do a complete service on the fire. in future I will stick to the experts and Bret most definitely is that. I will recommend him to anyone. Bret was an absolute star, we had our boiler serviced by Bret and from opening the door to him I knew he was professional. Firstly Bret put shoe covers on which is a big must for me as I am very house proud, not many people do this, I have had gas engineers come and trail muck and the rest of it through my house and not give it a secound thought. Little things like this prove to me they respect your home. Bret did a wonderful job and was very polite and friendly. I would definately recomend. I will be using Bret in furture for all my boiler needs. Thank you Bret
