Customer service is second to none! I purchased a bass guitar strap and had it customised as a gift for my husband for our 3rd wedding anniversary. The owner of the business was so friendly and helpful! The strap arrived very quickly and it is gorgeous! The quality is impeccable. My husband was delighted when he opened it and looks forward to a time when musicians are allowed to gig again so that he can use it! Thank you to all the staff at Barefoot Leather, you are highly recommended by me!

I feel like I belong in the Britain that we all dream of, where online shopping is like going to your local village and quality and service is of the utmost importance ! Imagine looking for a set of leather straps for a classic car and finding the ultimate selection available at Barefoot Leather. Then speaking with the most polite, knowledgeable and helpful craftsman who had so much time to give his advice on the products available. Imagine then, the same guy offering to customise the gift free of charge! Order placed, order shipped and order received within four days ( including a weekend). Once the gift has been given I shall add the photograph. Thank you Ray , priceless service and an amazing gift that I can't wait to give.

Ordered a belt and belt pouch. They were more than happy to cut the belt to a specific size and the customer service was second to non. The order was ready sooner than expected and delivered swiftly. Its been a month and the items have worn in fantastically and the belt pouch means I don't need to bring a bag all the time for just a few items as it can hold my phone, wallet and keys or my vape, hand gel and face mask these days.
