DO NOT use this Company if you are looking for a good reliable contractor to do a Boiler Service.I have experienced poor Customer Service throughout my dealings with this Company a Gas Engineer who hasn't showed up twice and no explanation from the office given other than " I expect his finished for the day and has probably switched his phone off" Appalling! The one time he did manage to attend he was with us for 5 mins but wouldn't wait for my husband to unscrew 2 screws to remove a side casing to access the boiler so he left. Any Scottish Power users BEWARE as this is the Company that they sub contract their work too. Avoid at all cost

Dreadful service! Engineer due in morning, I rang at 11.30 to be told he’d been held up. Rang again at 2pm to be told he wasn’t coming at all and it would be at least a week before they could reschedule. Telephone conversation sounded like this happens regularly! The woman on the phone seriously needs some training! Unfortunately they are the nominated engineers for my boiler cover, however the boiler service company recognised how poor their service is so I am booked in with another company with lovely reviews!
