Wonderful dining experience. Varied menu catering for all, extensive drinks menu. A worthy contender for a Michelin star. The turn down service and early wake-up call is amazing, never felt forgotten. This is one of the hardest escape room experiences though. Would thoroughly recommend.

NO LONGER FIT FOR PURPOSE. Review Update 29/05/19........... A friend recently had his car broken into in broad daylight in his company car park. There is clear film surveillance footage of the two culprits and even their car registration number is visible. The Police ignored this evidence and just issued a Crime Reference Number refusing to take further action stating: “it is not in the public interest.” In 2011 there were 32,441 serving Police officers in London. Now there are 29,924; a reduction of 2517 at a time when London’s population is rapidly growing. These pernicious Police budget cuts were implemented by Theresa May during her tenure as Home Secretary from 12 May 2010 to 13 July 2016. The pusillanimous Met Commissioner Cressida Dick is equally culpable for allowing this to happen unopposed on her watch and should resign too. The result: violent crime and homicide is at a post war high with the majority of nonviolent crimes such as burglary and car theft no longer being investigated; just merely logged with a Crime Reference Number given. The police are now reduced to a reactive service rather than the previously proactive force. Consequently, they have lost control of the streets and their abilities to protect the public.

Useless! Called 20 times with no answer. Am aware there are PLENTY staff strolling around constantly taking cigarette breaks. Have seen it with my own eyes. Seriously, get some training or shut down this base. Incompetent and useless! Would give 0 stars if possible.

Giving 1 star as 0 stars are available. Have constantly called this facility for updates regarding a case. \Ayo\ answered the phone on all occasions, completely unhelpful, spoke over me and constantly stated for me to \let him finish\ with no respect to actually listen to me, spoken with a belittling tone and also put the phone down on me numerous times. All members who are presented as a \figure of authority\ or \protecting the public\ should give respect to also gain it. Please provide customer service training to people dealing with the general public.

Although the officers who initially handed my case were extremely rude and cocky but the staff at the custody base were quite professional and polite. Especially officer Bal Singh... He is a sight for sore eyes.
