Spoke to Nick who was a very nice guy, very helpful. He didn't seem to mind me asking silly questions over a period of time. He was very polite and knowledgeable about his product. Certainly will use them again if needed. I would also like to add that the guys who delivered the loo to me were very helpful. They tried to get it in the garage but unfortunately it wouldn't fit, not for the want of trying. Once a new place was found to put the loo it was soon installed, cleaned again and left level on floor. Very good company and personnel.

LetLoos customer service has been incredible. Cleaning regularly and delivering on time every time. We love the different design features like the vented bottoms. Game changer. They turn up like brand new.

Needed a loo for short term as having some landscaping completed on our home, after a few calls to local suppliers came across LetLoos, absolutely excellent service, delivered on time for when the builders arrived, excellent communication throughout, well maintained loo and when things could not get better turned out to be around 30% cheaper than any supplier I tired. Highly recommended.
