Drivers are rude and when i book they tell different fare and when cab came driver told me different and i was getting late to airport so i have to pay 20 pounds more. But i will not recommend this service as their drivers are extremely rude.

Grear experience. Drivers are very polite. Prices for the airport are unbeatable in the area but also provide a great quality of service. I would recommend this cab firm to anyone.
Loved it great experience. My first choice cab service. Only downfall they are soo good they are always too busy nevertheless still my prefered choice as the driver are not sexual predators unlike other companies also cheapest airport prices.
I nearly alway use Longbridge Cars to take me to and from the brilliant “Boathouse Cafe and Bar” in Abbey Road Barking. All the drivers know where it is. They are are polite and punctual and the cars are all clean, spacious and comfortable. I get a text when I book, so I know what car to look out for and they call me when they are a minute or so away. It costs me a fiver! Today, I got a black cab from Barking Station, which is considerably nearer. The driver told me I had made a mistake. He had been cabbing in Barking all his life and there was definitely no venue called the Boathouse. (At this point they had been open and busy for 18 months!) The chirpy cabbie never stopped talking the entire journey . I had to give him full directions and to add insult to injury the fee was 7.20. So much for “The Knowledge” eh ... Longbridge cars every time!
Do not use if you want to get picked up on time or make a flight. A booked car turned up over 30 mins late. When I tried to call to find out where it was originally I was told t was around the corner although I could see it was 40 minutes away. I tried to call back to follow up, however, they obviously did not want to speak to me as they did not answer the phone. When car eventually turned up no apology or reason was given. If I could give no stars I would - I’d recommend not using and find another company!
Not a good service at all, used them twice and the drivers didn't really know where they were going even by following gps. Trip to airport should be pretty simple and familiar for cab drivers but not for Longbrige cars drivers!!!
The driver was running late but no courtesy notification was provided. When I called to check on the status they said they would send me the driver's number but they didn't and I had to call continuously for 30mins following that call, and there was no answer until I used another number!! Even the driver was extremely rude. Never using this service again!!
