I won't use these ever again even for free. rude driver & appalling customer services on the phone. waited 1.03 minutes on hold to just be cut off. i had to call again, waited another 30 minutes spoke to lady who's every word was like listening to someone wearing a face mask. they wanted to charge me again to send the same parcel I'd already paid for just because I couldn't print off the courier label due to the fact I don't have access to a printer or any where open during covid times. I'm waiting on refund.

Gosh what a waste of money and resources. I bought an item from Dell. Delivery was meant to be Wednesday, it was missed and also the following day.. surprise, surprise.. I apparently turned the item away (clearly I like buying stuff just to turn it away). What I don't get is. Why lie about it. Why can't you just say that you couldn't be bothered and you just want us all to come an collect the items from your depot and some run down depot that is as well. No parking. When it shows a sign for customer parking. I Was told to park up on the curb outside buy the security or just some guy who was more interested with his phone call than be helpful. When inside was just told to go through some doors like your in some kind of prison. The building has clearly seen better days. Going through more doors and signs up saying \they won't tolerate abusive language etc\ - well, do you bloody job then! Long story short. They told me to come at a particular time which I did and they told me my item was not there. I insisted that on the website had shown that they've left it at the depot and is ready for me to collect. It was like talking to a brick wall. They are so quick to just turn you away. After about 30 mins of just waiting around just appears and and we're all good. No sympathy, no apologies for the last two days of (BS) lies. Package looked like it had gone though a war and back. I was told later that if the drivers realise you don't have a concierge they don't bother delivering as they don't have too much time. So good luck to all us normal folk living is normal flats/ apartments. AVOID THESE LOT LIKE THE PLAGE.. Better off getting it delivered to a UPS location.

This is the worst shipping experience I've ever had. It's almost too exhausting to tell you every detail over the last 2 weeks and it will bore your brains out, but safe to say whatever you do - NEVER USE UPS - morons

Have been using this depot for the last 5 or so years, to drop parcels late evening and it's always been easy and quick. I was expecting two big parcels to arrive on Monday, but saw on the tracking page that they were both at the depot, so I headed there to collect them, ask needed them urgently. Unfortunately, they were apparently still on their way there, and a very friendly and cheerful member of staff, (Keighley if I remember correctly) was very helpful and explained that they would be there either tonight or tomorrow morning. She gave me a number to call and said that she would keep an eye on the tracking to see their progress. I drove back home, and as I was turning in on our drive, a UPS van was already there, unloading the 2 big boxes!!! Absolutely amazing service, delivered a day earlier than expected. Thank you UPS and a big shout to Keighley at the Barking depot

You have to go through narrow corridors an climb up stairs to drop off packages here. If you got large boxes to drop off or collect, good luck to ya!
