In our experience with villa holidays Sundance Villas is by far the best we have dealt with. We have recently completed our third Sundance Villas holiday In Cyprus, this time staying at the Argaka Beach near Polis. Once again we had an amazing holiday. The villa was immaculately clean throughout, extremely well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The outside area was also spacious with a well kept garden and large pool and private parking. We enjoyed an early morning swim each day at the local beach which was just a 2 minute walk from the villa. We had originally booked a two week villa holiday with James Villas via Jet2 in Coral Bay. This turned out to be a complete disaster for many reasons and we ended up vacating the villa before the end of the first week. We were so grateful to Irene Hare of Sundance Villas, who came to our rescue at very short notice and provided a choice of villas so that we were able to continue our holiday within 24 hours. The service provided by Irene, Savvas, (the villa owner) and Helen the local rep was truly outstanding and very much appreciated. The lesson we have learned from this experience, is whenever we want a villa holiday in Cyprus it will always be with Sundance Villas. Kevin and Catherine Hall

We booked Villa Kingfisher in Coral Bay through Sundance Villas for the end of August this year. Easy to book and very personal touch. Information given to us was great including the recommendation for car hire ( Cybreeze ). The Villa itself was spacious and had everything you needed whilst the location was perfect in that it was very quiet but also very close to the beach and also the main strip. The pool was large and kept immaculate throughout the week. Easy walk up to lots of good restaurants and no need to worry about cars or Taxis. Will definitely be booking through Sundance again and would thoroughly recommend them to others.
We've always found Irene from Sundance Villas extremely helpful, but this year she went above and beyond to help us achieve a holiday at Villa Amorosa one of Sundance Villas fantastic Cyprus holiday villas. I honestly say that without Irene's help negotiating the minefield of taking a holiday at this stressful time we wouldn't have made it. I can thoroughly recommend Irene and Sundance Villas and, in contrast with some of the other independent holiday villa companies we used in the past, Irene not only helped us choose the right property for us, but also made the whole process easy and pleasurable. Irene's local knowledge of Cyprus is always useful but this year was indispensable. Thank you so much and we will be booking again in the future.
Returned to villa Katrina at short notice and once again the owner was brilliant. The man was born to be in the hospitality business. Our last stay hear in 2015 was in October so fruit heavy on the tree of the grove that surrounds the property and Lambros encouraged us pick what we fancied, it got better when he showed us where the chicken coop was and said we could help ourselves to eggs. This time we were too early for the fruit but eggs aplenty. The property is tucked away behind the fruit/pecan grove a perfect spot if your interested in the natural world. We were entertained by swifts, swallows and all kinds of bird life during the day. They were replaced in the evening by bats swooping and hunting insects.Lambros is great for advice on where to eat locally and not so locally. Following his advice we have found great places to eat with live entertainment thrown in. I would like to remind an earlier reviewer that Cyprus is a hot country and the villas in rural surroundings so insect are inevitable. At home if you find ants you deal with them, yes during our stay we encountered them and even a couple of cockroaches. We unlike the previous reviewer looked in the cupboard under the sink and used the insect spray we found. Problem solved. No building work at the football club during our stay but if there had been how is that the villa owners fault. I have stayed in quite a few villas in Cyprus generally a different one every time. Katrina is the only one I’ve used more than once because it’s a great location with a great host/owner. Is it perfect well it depends how you define perfect, if you want a good quality villa in a peaceful location with good facilities and a gracious host this might suit you. If your looking for a sterile environment with English TV and English insects then stay in England.
