My bag was beautifully mended meaning I didn't need to purchase another. Being frugal a the moment and the bag is in great condition so didn't want to replace it yet! (the material attaching the clasp to the bag handle had frayed and didn't look very nice. Also made me worry that it would break from there). Thank you so much for the turnaround and speed in sending it back to me!
