Insensitive to owners and pets. I took my pup here for a castration procedure, I was happy with how booking him in went all very friendly and reassuring. It then came to picking him up after the operation..... Receptionist was rude and not very informative, told me to wait where I stood. I completely understand they have to do this due to covid but she never gave me any information on how my dog was doing or gave me any idea on how long I would be waiting (my appointment was for 5pm) it had already passed this time. 25 minutes I waited listening to my dog cry for me it was heartbreaking and unacceptable ! Payment taken before I even laid eyes on my pet.... no consideration for the owners or pets feelings. The appointments should be staggered to avoid this and to stick with government guidelines, but obviously get as many in and out for the maximum profit is their mind set.... I’ve used this company for years and never had a problem but this one I can’t forgive. I shall be changing to a different vet, I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Took our dog to be put to sleep yesterday . Vet wasn't too bad but I nearly fell over when it came to paying . 200 pounds ! Couldn't believe it . That is for communal cremation ! I am so upset about it but having to have her put to sleep anyway but really think it's awful to charge that much. Whilst waiting for an appointment I asked for some pain relief for her ... 15 pounds for 10 ml of doggy ibuprofen. Whilst she is more important than money I think it is disgraceful that they make so much money out of my misery

took my 15year old patterdale to this vet because she developed a bad cough. without even looking at her they said it was kennal cough and gave me antibiotics. 2 months later my dogs still coughing Badley so took her back and this time they said it was heart worm another 2 months on medication my dogs still coughing so I took her to pdsa and they diagnosed the real problem. my dog had chf(Heart failure) they supplied the medication and within days my dog had a good life again. my dog had 4 months of unessery suffering because of this vets

I can't believe the whole country is allowed emergency travel only and you are still taking boosters! That's encouraging people to spread the virus and putting human lives at risk. Disgusting

Yes they are expensive but my pets deserve nothing less. They are straight to the point, save you money if they can with every opportunity. They are friendly and helpful and I would not take my babies anywhere else.
