Bumfords fitted our full heating system 5 years ago. Touch wood everything has been perfect. Regularly have our boiler serviced. Had to have our to thermostat replaced due to fault, they came and refitted a new one no problem. Cannot recommend them enough.

From start to finish the whole team have been so professional, accommodating and supportive. The initial survey with Robin put my mind at ease at what we wanted to achieve, no pressure sales, just good honest advice, constant communication helped me design the solution I wanted. The team supplied and fitted an brand new Worcester Bosch High flow boiler plus Nest Thermostat, including removing the hot water tank and header tanks of the old system to make way for the new bathroom. They installed new designer radiators throughout the house. The removal and replacement was completed in a day to a very high standard and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The fitting of the radiators required more work than expected to include supports in the walls due to the weight of them but this didn’t phase any of the team, they simply got on and sorted the job, they were very patient and professional and the standard of work can be seen through the whole project. Thanks everyone for your support, I can’t recommend you guys enough

Good value plates.very disappointed the box was left on the doorstep open.when looked into the plates where not wrapped in anything.Luckly they were not broken.I sent photos regard condition on which they arrive,but had no reply. Kind Regards L Craig

Ordered something on a Friday, expecting it to be delivered early the following week. Chased it up the following week only to receive a rude message back from Danny (Warehouse manager). All I want to know is where my order is, its a simple ask. It stated that the team were processing the order I then chased again to be told it would be with me on the Friday, surprise surprise it wasn't, its now Saturday and despite messages on both Friday and Saturday I have had nothing back. My account still remains at the team are processing the order. If you want to be messed around this is the place to go, save the hassle and spend you money at a company that actually wants to build a positive reputation for themselves. I Shall be raising a complaint with my credit card company and requesting a chargeback.

Do not deliver goods and do not answer questions. The only thing gained through this company is interest on my money sitting in amazons account whilst waiting for them to do nothing. Then rudely cancelling my order without explanation when confronted by amazon.
